My Journey and Philosophy
Professional Background
My passion for web development began only recently when I first discovered the power of HTML and CSS to transform simple text into interactive experiences. My first real job was in the Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Controller, after which I did a few manual labor jobs before beginning my education in Computer Information Systems and IT. During my studies I've also been working as a Help Desk Technician on campus to supplement my education with some relevant experience. My core philosophy has always been to accomplish any task I take on to the best of my abilities. Which is why I focus on building digital products that are not just beautiful, but also highly performant and accessible to everyone, regardless of the device or ability.
I thrive in environments where collaboration is key and continuous learning is encouraged. My experience includes working with modern development tools, implementing complex CSS layouts, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility across Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and MS Edge.

Personal Interests
When I'm not coding, I enjoy occasionally playing video games, which helps me apply creative problem-solving skills in new ways. Outside of that my time is pretty much consumed by school, work, and taking care of my two dogs.
